Yes. Lagom Smoothies are proudly created and produced in Australia – in the Hunter Region NSW to be exact!

Absolutely not. There are no nasties, fillers or synthetics of any kind in Lagom Smoothies.

Unfortunately Lagom Smoothies are not gluten free (yet!)

Unfortunately not. They do contain dairy. Lagom Smoothies are suitable for vegetarians.

Whilst there are no nasties in a Lagom Smoothie, the nutrient base, calorie density, vitamins and minerals are calculated to equate to a full adult meal. We recommend chatting with your healthcare professional prior to giving to children.

Whilst there are no nasties in our products, we do recommend discussing with your doctor if Lagom Smoothies are suitable for your diet – congratulations, by the way!

Lagom Smoothies are not designed for weight loss, however making healthy diet choices (like drinking Lagom Smoothies!) can contribute to weight goals.

It’s designed to be there for those busy times. For some people it’s once or twice a day, for others it could be 2-3 times a week. Lagom Smoothies should always be used as part of a balanced diet – not as a total diet replacement.

Lagom Smoothies is available in Cocoa Flavour only at the moment – but stay tuned – more flavours are in development. It can take time for us to balance new flavours because we only use natural ingredients.

Unfortunately not at this stage, but it’s important to us. We are on the lookout for sustainable packaging that keeps our product fresh – please let us know if you find it before us! 

We are building towards being Carbon Neutral and continually strive to reduce waste. The Lagom Smoothie maker is made from recycled wheat straw (the leftover material from harvesting wheat), so it’s eco-friendly and completely biodegradable.

Place 450-500mls of water in your Lagom Smoothie Shaker (or preferred blender), followed by 85g (2 x level scoops) of your delicious, nutritious Lagom Smoothie powder. Shake* and sip.

PS. Smoothies are personal, don’t you think? Our serving suggestion is based on our research and the personal preferences of our team, however you might like yours a little thinner, or perhaps a little thicker. If our version is too thick for you, all you need to do is add a bit more water to suit your preferences, and vice versa – you know the drill.

*For the best texture, don’t forget to add the spring ball in the shaker. Most importantly, give it a really good shake or blend and drink it straight away.

You can certainly try! But for the best texture, we recommend water as it activates the milk powders in the product and ensures you’ll achieve the right texture.

There are a couple of ways to determine how much smoothie powder to add – you could weigh out 85g of the powder if you have some kitchen scales handy, or you could simply use metric measuring cups. We have found 85g is a generous ¾ of a cup.

Textural changes can occur sometimes because our ingredients are completely natural. If the smoothie is too thick or becomes clumpy, all you need to do add more water, make sure your shaker has a metal ball inside and give it a good shake – or whiz it in your blender for a super smooth smoothie! If you leave the smoothie for an extended period of time, it will change texture, so we recommend drinking it straight away! There is no need to prepare it ahead of time – a lot of customers just put the powder in their shaker and then when they are ready to have it, they just add water and drink! Easy as that!

Just store in a cool, dry location out of the sun! Easy!

Due to the natural ingredients – we do recommend sipping away at your smoothie as soon as you mix it – this will ensure you consume it at its optimum texture. If you leave the smoothie for an extended period of time, it will change texture, so we recommend drinking it straight away! There is no need to prepare it ahead of time – a lot of customers just put the powder in their shaker and then when they are ready to have it, they just add water and drink! Easy as that!

Shipping is free for any deliveries to anywhere in NSW, VIC, QLD or ACT. A flat rate of $9.90 applies to any deliveries to anywhere in NT, WA and SA, unless the order value is $100 or over when shipping is free.

Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day. 

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: Within 1-2 business days from dispatch.

You will receive tracking information for your product once we have packed your order and it is ready for delivery.

Unfortunately you cannot cancel or change your order prior to shipping. This is because we jump onto your order straight away so it gets to you as quickly as possible.

We certainly hope this doesn’t happen, but on the off chance it does, please send us an email and image of your product to hello@lagomsmoothies.com.au and we’ll get a new one out to you ASAP!

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, so if you return the product you purchased online in its original packaging (unopened and in the same condition you received it) within 30 days, we will be happy to provide a refund. See our Return and Refunds Policy for more info.
